At Pebble Beach California, another expensive and most loved sports car Bugatti Centodieci unveiled. With the cost around $9 million and 1600-hp, the rich and enthusiastic drivers are looking for it. This expensive sports hyper car comes out as a celebration of its 110th anniversary by creating a car that pays homage to the 1990s era Bugatti, the EB110. The Centodieci, which is Italian for “110,” was unveiled at the Quail Motorsports. In typical Bugatti fashion, the handmade car will be as rare as there are only 10 units will be made.

Looking closely, the body and design of the car is blend of both EB110 and Chiron. Like the 1990s hypercar, the Centodieci has five circular air intakes towards the back of the car to cool the engine.

Bugatti Centodieci

For Bugatti, the exterior always helps it to sell; its attractive ad powerful outlook is all what it makes it different from its competitors. The exterior of the Bugatti Centodieci was a challenge from the very beginning. The car comes with a flat, horseshoe-shaped radiator that only reveals its real depth when viewed from the side. On the other hand, the front drops very low and is intermittent by a black panel in the center.

Well, this curves the shape, as well as the extended front splitter, optimizes airflow to improve aerodynamics. On the other hand, Achim Anscheidt, Head Designer at Bugatti says, “The newly developed, complex and very narrow headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lights provide the perfect match. Thanks to the newly developed lighting elements, we were stylistically free in the front and rear sections to pay respectful homage to the EB110 while at the same time transposing this appealing visual reminiscence into modern technology.”

For making the shape different, the C line on the B pillar, gallows way to a new design significantly smaller than the Chiron. Whereas, the five round air inserts – positioned in the form of a diamond – ensure sufficient air intake for the iconic 16-cylinder engine.

The Engine

While, coming to the power of engine, The Centodieci equipped with the same 8.0-liter W16 engine. But time it is with 1,176 kW/1,600 hp at 7,000 rpm.  On the other hand, the Bugatti Centodieci has power to hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.4 seconds. And will reach 200 km/h (124 mph) in 6.1 seconds and to 300 km/h (186 mph) in 13.1 seconds. Interestingly, it has the top speed limit of 380 km/h (236 mph).

Besides that, the company says, “The increased power and lower weight further improve performance, for even better acceleration at high speeds. The Centodieci offers our customers an improved power-to-weight ratio and even more dynamic handling.”
